| WATER FITNESS A 30 minute strength and range of motion class for all ages using water resistance, dumbbells and noodles.
WATER AEROBICS A 45 minute fast paced shallow water cardio class with a strong leg workout. Water shoes recommended.
DEEP WATER A 45 minute class with waist belts or noodles used for flotation held in the deep area of the pool. Focuses on water resistance, core strength, and range of motion with an aerobic component. Helpful to be comfortable in the deep water. |
