| FITNESS CENTER RULES AND REGULATIONS

Membership card is required for entry into the fitness center. Photo ID may be requested.

The Fitness Center is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Hours and days of operation shall be subject to change at the sole discretion of the Fitness Center.

The Fitness Center reserves the right to close at any time of the year for maintenance or legal holidays.

Appropriate fitness attire is required when working out. All members must dress modestly (i.e. no SHORT shorts and men must wear shirts at all times)

PROPER ATTIRE: T-shirts, tank tops, shorts, sweats, rubber soled gym shoes.

NOT APPROPRIATE: SHORT shorts, muddy shoes, open-toed shoes or bare feet are not allowed, and don't wear jeans due to their harshness on the vinyl equipment seats.

Gum is not allowed in the fitness center.

The Fitness Center is not responsible for lost or damaged articles. Lockers are available on a per visit basis.

CHILDREN: Adults bringing children between the ages of 10 and 14 must sign a child work-out waiver and accompany that child at all times. Children are not allowed to use free-weights or enter the free weight room until they are 15 years old. Children ages 2 months to 8 years must be checked into childcare during childcare hours while their parent utilizes the workout/aerobics facility.

Positively NO SMOKING on the premises.

A guest shall be under the full supervision of the Fitness Center member with whom they came at all times. Daily guest fees will be charged by the fitness center to all non-members/non-hotel guests according to age.
POOL RULES
- Children under 18 must swim during lifeguard hours even with adult supervision.
- Children under 8 years of age must be accompanied by an adult during lifeguard hours.
- Children under 3 years of age must wear a leak-proof swim diaper and have either rubber pants or a swimsuit on over the swim diaper.
- Everyone is required to shower before entering the pool area.
- Diapers must be changed at designated diaper change stations in the locker rooms.
- Parents/guardians must be in close contact with small children.
- No child under 6 years of age can use the spa.
- No diving or jumping into pools or spas and no running or horseplay in the pool area.
- Swimming Suits must be worn in pool. Cut-offs and street clothes are not allowed.
- No food, gum or alcohol allowed in the pool area. These items will be confiscated.
- Non-alcoholic beverages are allowed in non-breakable containers but must stay 6 feet back from the pools and spas.
- Anyone under the influence of drugs or alcohol is prohibited from using the pool area.
- Anyone with a communicable disease or anyone who has been ill with vomiting or diarrhea within the last 2 weeks is prohibited from using the pool area.
- Large floating toys are prohibited in the pool area. Small tubes and toys are allowed.
- Anyone with seizure, heart or circulatory problems should always swim with a buddy.
- Emergency Phone at front desk: Dial "9" then "911" • Anyone refusing to obey or comply with the pool rules is subject to removal from the premises!
