**All rates are based upon double occupancy except for condo units and subject to change without notice and are subject to availability. Restrictions and black out dates apply. Two night stay required Memorial Day through Labor Day weekend. A $2.00 per day resort fee will be applied to all reservations for usage of hotel amenities. Pets are not permitted with the exception of licensed assistance dogs. Homestead Farms Golf Resort is proud to be a non-smoking facility; smoking permitted in designated areas only. Group rates available, please contact the hotel directly.
Check-in time is 3:00pm and check-out time is 11:30am. Cancelations require 48 hours notice. Credit card is required to book reservations.
