Homestead Farms Golf Resort and Convention Center has many different styles of accommodations to meet your needs. We offer one and two bedroom fully furnished condominium style units and spacious hotel guestrooms. Our Sports Cabana Condos are privately owned units located on our 6th fairway offering one or two bedrooms, full kitchen, living room area, TV, DVD player, and over sized decks to enjoy the breathtaking views. The Great Links Lodge offers deluxe upscale one bedroom condo style units. All condos have upgraded amenities including large flat screen TV's, DVD player, stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops, gas fireplace, air conditioning, and a steam shower. The newest addition to Homestead Farms Resort is the Farmhouse Hotel which opened in June 2004. Each guestroom has either one king or two queen sized beds, TV, air conditioning, in room coffee maker with complimentary Starbucks coffee, iron, and ironing board. Some of the hotel guestrooms also have a mini fridge and microwave.

Regardless of where you stay at Homestead Farms, each hotel guestroom or condo offers spectacular views of our championship golf course and the Cascade Mountain Range. Resort guests have full access to our 24 hour fitness center, indoor/outdoor heated swimming pool and hot tub, outdoor tennis, locker rooms, and aerobics classes. Guests may enjoy the resort amenities the entire day of arrival and departure.

• Reservation Policy: A major and valid credit card is required to secure your reservation and a major and valid credit card is required upon check in by the registered party.
• Cancellation Policy: 48 hours notice or reservation will be subject to a one night's room and tax charge. (Group reservations may vary).
• 100% Non-smoking Guest rooms.
• Washington State Law prohibits smoking within 25 feet of any public entrance.
• A major credit card is required to secure reservations.
• No pets of any kind are permitted WITH THE EXCEPTION of licensed assistance pets and papers will be required at check in.
