**All rates are based upon double occupancy except for condo units and subject to change without notice and are subject to availability. Restrictions and black out dates apply. Some dates may require a minimum two night stay including both Friday and Saturday nights. A $2.00 per day resort fee will be applied to all reservations for usage of hotel amenities. Pets are not permitted with the exception of licensed assistance dogs. Homestead Farms Golf Resort is proud to be a non-smoking facility; smoking permitted in designated areas only. Check-in time is 3:00pm and check-out time is 11:30am. Cancellations require 48 hours notice. A major credit card is required to secure reservations.
