**All rates are based upon double occupancy and are subject to availability. Children 17 and under stay free in room with paying adult 21 or over in guestroom. Additional guest fee is $10.00 per adult.  ALL WEEKENDS between May - September and some other dates may require a minimum two  or three night stay that must include BOTH Friday and Saturday nights due to demand.

A $3.00 per day resort fee will be applied to all reservations for usage of hotel amenities.Homestead Farms Golf Resort is proud to be a non-smoking facility; smoking permitted in designated areas only. Group rates available, please contact the hotel directly.

Pets Policy: We have only two designated DOG rooms so guests who plan on bringing their dog must book in advance and directly with the hotel. Dog must be less than 50lbs, one dog limit, and there is a $50.00 cleaning fee per stay. Exceptions: Medical assistance animals with proper documentation.

Check-in time is 3:00pm and check-out time is 11:30am. Cancellations require 48 hours notice. A major credit card is required to secure reservations.

Homestead Resort is located on a golf course. You may hear grounds equipment very early in the mornings. We also have outdoor weddings and receptions on the Farmhouse Lawn during the summer months and you may hear music and event noise until as late as midnight on some Friday and Saturday nights. Please feel free to ASK the front desk prior to arrival if there is an event planned for the weekend you would like to stay with us.
