- Tanning: Members $4 per tan, $36 for 12, $40/month unlimited, $360/yearly unlimited

Contract Information:
- Membership Freeze: Membership may be put on hold for a maximum of three months during each 12 month period. A Freeze Fee of $10.00 + tax will be charged to all accounts except Seniors. Notice must be recieved by us 10 days before your next billing date. Student memberships and group payroll deduction memberships do not apply.
- Membership Changes: We must recieve notice of membership changes 10 days before your next billing date. We must recieve 30 days written notice for cancellation.
- All EFT or credit card declines will be charged a $15.00 processing fee.
Guest Fees:
- Children under 13 = $3
- Youth 13-17 = $5
- Adults 18+ = $7
